Huzzah! This is Lady Gaga wearing one of her "Bad Romance" outfits while holding her boyfriend from her "Paparazzi" video.
I drew it with pencil first, then went over with sharpie pen, and finally touched it up a bit in MS Paint
I poured a maroon color in the back ground and I was gonna smooth out her edges, but then I thought "Gee, what a nice effect that is!" (Plus I'm lazy)
